SKTools lite - Cleans up system, and can free up ram
SmartToolkit - Gives your phone a true windows feel with a start bar etc.
Skyfire - Watch live video, listen to music embedded on pages..etc. Best browser ever.
TCPMP - Open source media player
vTap - Video database
Astraware Sudoku - ;) You tell me what this is.

Also, I highly suggesting installing a generic rom, because we all know windows can always use a big make-over
